Privacy

Overview

Fingo is an iOS app that makes a fair pick around a table; the game itself runs entirely on your device.

Data we collect

The only data collected is for verifying a purchase: an anonymous user ID and purchase history (see Purchases and Third-party services below). Your settings (winner count, countdown length, sound and haptics preferences, language) and the rounds you play stay on your device.

Purchases

Fingo is free. Fingo Full is a one-time in-app purchase made through Apple's App Store; Apple processes the payment and we never have access to your payment information. Verifying that your purchase is valid is performed by RevenueCat with the App Store, on our behalf.

Third-party services

Fingo uses one third-party service: RevenueCat, which verifies your Fingo Full purchase with the App Store. It receives an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID and the App Store record of your purchase — nothing else. It never receives your name, your email address, the rounds you play or your settings. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy. Apart from RevenueCat, the app's only external communication is with Apple's StoreKit for payment; there are no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.

Tracking

The app does not track you. No advertising identifier is used, and your data is never shared with anyone for advertising or tracking.

Permissions

The app asks for a permission only the moment it is needed, and keeps working if you decline it.

History

The app keeps no record of past rounds; every round starts with a clean slate.
