1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fingo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Gökhan Gündüz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Purchase

Fingo is free to download. Fingo Full is a single one-time in-app purchase; it is not a subscription and never renews. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases brings Fingo Full back on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.

4. Description of Service

Fingo is an app that fairly picks one person, or up to four, out of a group. The pick happens entirely on your device; your game data is never transmitted.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Gökhan Gündüz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gökhan Gündüz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
